Nativity plays
We welcome every child to take part in this fun event. You dont have to have been coming to St Barnabas all year. All we ask is that you are available for rehearsal every Saturday starting first Saturday in November
Our Nativity Play takes place on the 2nd or 3rd Sunday of December during the normal Sunday service in the morning.
Open events
We host open events throughout the year for young people. All children are welcome. This includes activities like handcraft, story-telling, public presentation coaching, discussion about the internet, among other things. The local police and ambulance also attends to give talks…
Other activities include dance, movies, debates and sing-offs.
Growing in faith
Train a child in the way they should go and when they are old, they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22 vs 6). We work with our young people on their spiritual journey based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, helping them to develop empathy, compassion, and reflect these on their day-to-day activities. Our Sunday School and Diddy Disciples are built around discussion and letting these young minds contribute and ask questions and get answers.
